These trainings are held on weekends meaning there is no disturbance to work activities. Organizations with new staff in human resources can send delegates who do not need to take time off work thereby underscoring the balanced synergy between organization and individual employees. While the company pays for the training, the employee sacrifices two Saturdays in the month. Interested self sponsoring individual only sacrifices social outing or personal resting opportunity on Saturday for the training.
Internship
There is an opportunity for participants to be placed on internship with one of the several organizations which are in partnership with Phonersis Consulting Ltd. This is however optional. The duration of the placement is usually six weeks but can be extended at the instance of the interning organization subject to satisfactory performance of the students.
