Hiring: Logistics and Distribution expert.
This person must have a strong understanding of Supply Chain logistics from end to end.
He must also understand export logistics and be able to manage large orders on a daily basis with a twelve hour turn around time.. Ideal candidate would have had about 5years core logistics experience in an FMCG and not necessarily as a supplier.
He should know the difference between managing multiple DCs and delivery to Key Distributors.
He must understand 3PL and should have had some experience running it.
